This is the website for the Almondsbury Community Services Association (ACSA). The purpose of this website is to inform the people of Almondsbury about the reasons for, and development of, a community shop.
What is ACSA
ACSA is the Almondsbury Community Services Association Ltd, an organisation registered under the Industrial and Provident Societies Acts 1965 - 2002. The organisation is owned by ordinary local people, and the objective of the Association is to encourage services and amenities for the village - specifically a shop. Membership is open to anyone on the purchase of a single £2 share, but as no one can own more than one share no one can gain overall control.
